第一眼感觉 First Impression

小区就在west coast旁边的旁边，不是很大，正门位于west coast crescent路上，注意到对面还在建造一座更高的房子，不知道会不会吵闹。

第二印象 Follow the Landlords

房主也是刚买房子不久，据说听说政府有可能会回收这个旧房子造高楼（类似于中国的拆迁Y(^_^)Y)有一定补偿，所以觉得有投资价值。
这里大概一共有5幢楼，大概6层高，一幢楼里有3个电梯，电梯开门后面对面有4家居户，这样看，一幢楼里大概是70户左右，总共不到350户，属于小型公寓社区。

第三印象 Indoor Impression

房子属于简单装修，前面有阳台，看着还算周正。

小区进门可以看见一个圆形房子（club house)，里面有壁球场、健身房和阅读室（启示只有沙发没有书），走过这个房子就可以看见圆形的游泳池和小小的儿童滑梯
看下来结论是一个适宜居住的地方，安静，人不多，设施全。

第四印象 Outdoor Impression

跟着房东逛了一圈，首先是小区进门就可以看见的那个圆形房子（club house)，里面有壁球场、健身房和阅读室（启示只有沙发没有书）；房子前面可以看见圆形的游泳池和小小的儿童滑梯，不是很大，都是袖珍型。

• 缺点：听到飞机不停盘旋在上空，另外附近有新造楼工程，怕会吵。

Good comments:

- Low rise condo with quite surroundings and quiet proximity to West coast market and food centre, West coast Plaza, NUS, Science Park and West Coast Park

-The property itself is decent, except that there was a dengue outbreak there last year and there is ongoing construction across the street which is noisy during the day and quite dust.

Bad Comments:

- An old and run-down apartment... nothing spectacular...Poor maintenance.

1. 环境清幽。从大的方面来说，westbay condo毗邻西海岸；另外房子挨着的好几个中学小学；还有condo对面就是clementi woods，有跑道有门球场。

2. 小区设施比较完善。楼下的游泳池在晚上黑不隆冬的时候看起来还是蛮干净；游泳池旁边有BBQ烧烤台。健身房里面好玩儿的东西不少，可以一边跑步一边听音乐或者看电视，健身房里面都有提供这些设备，甚至卡拉OK都有！健身房楼下是一个壁球馆，还有网球场。
